COVID Safety Guidelines
*I will be taking temperatures on arrival, with a no contact infrared thermometer.
*Please hold off on booking, and stay home if you recently have not been feeling well, have been in contact with anyone with cold or COVID like symptoms, or if you are awaiting test results.
*PLEASE buzz my room number, or send a text in order for me to know you have arrived.
*Due to extra measures, please come no earlier than scheduled appointment time. I will need extra time in between appointments for proper cleaning and sanitation.
*Wearing masks will be expected. If you don't have one, disposable masks will be available for $2.
*Blankets will no longer be provided. Dress warm to stay cozy!
*It will be required to thoroughly wash hands before entering the studio.
I appreciate and value your time, and hold appointments specifically for you. I ask that you give at least a 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, as it gives time to fill another appointment in that space, or to properly arrange scheduling. If your appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, 50% of the service amount will be charged. 100% of the service amount will be charged if it is a no-show or 15+ minutes late to the appointment. I understand that life and unplanned circumstances happen, and for whatever reason, never hesitate to contact me if appointments need to be rescheduled, or cannot be made.
New Client Lash Policy
If coming from another studio/lash artist: I hold high standards for the proper application of lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes is top priority. If there are no issues, I am happy to fill lashes, although I hold a right to a decision to not fill lashes due to potential damage of previous work. New clients will be required to book a Recommended fill (75 min).
ALL clients are required to have at least 40% of lashes still retained, lesser amount will need to be rebooked/scheduled for a full set.
